Minimum stay is 7 nights.
All rentals begin on Saturday, arrival at 4pm and end on Saturday, departure by 10am.
Rates are quoted in total and include all extra fees and all taxes for ONE week:
Off Season: $2833 - $3247
Peak Season: $4488
20% deposit is required to reserve, refundable up to 60 days before your stay.
(rates include Florida taxes 11%; non-refundable security deposit waiver 2.5%; booking fee $65 to our local Property Manager; and 3.5% add-ons for linens/towels, final cleaning, extra trash pick-up, and other guest services)
Discounts apply for rentals of 4 weeks or more.
